MKC

The RUK MKC Automatic Digital Printing Die-Cutting Machine is designed for efficient, high-precision cutting of printed materials used in packaging, signage, and advertising industries. The system integrates loading, feeding, cutting, and receiving into a single streamlined workflow, allowing materials to be processed quickly while improving productivity and reducing labour costs. By eliminating the need for traditional die creation, the MKC series saves both time and production costs while offering flexible cutting for a wide variety of materials.

The machine is suitable for processing materials such as corrugated cardboard, plastic corrugated board, yellow and white cardboard, grey board, PVC board, foam board, EVA board, KT board, stickers, gaskets, and other packaging materials. Its integrated structure ensures stable operation and reliable performance even during continuous production.

Equipped with a high-definition CCD camera system, the MKC provides accurate automatic positioning of materials for precise cutting with reduced errors. The system also supports intelligent layered adsorption, which improves material handling and helps achieve accurate single-sheet feeding with minimal mistakes. Additionally, QR code recognition enables mixed-job processing by automatically identifying cutting files, allowing multiple designs to be processed efficiently.

The MKC series supports a range of specialised cutting tools to accommodate different materials and applications. These include a creasing wheel tool for folding and packaging applications, a Graphtec blade for precision cutting of thin materials such as stickers and reflective films, a universal cutting tool for thicker materials like grey cardboard and labels, and an oscillating tool capable of cutting materials such as corrugated board, honeycomb panels, and cardboard with a maximum cutting thickness of up to 6 mm.
