The RUK MTC06-323 Series is designed for high-speed, large-format cutting applications, offering precision, durability, and efficient performance for a wide range of materials. Built with a robust rack and pinion drive structure featuring helical teeth, the system provides improved wear resistance and enhanced accuracy, ensuring smooth motion and reliable cutting performance even at higher speeds.
This series supports large-format cutting, making it ideal for materials such as spray cloth, photographic media, oil canvas, and other flexible substrates. The cutting process is designed to prevent material pulling or deformation, maintaining clean and accurate results across oversized applications.
The machine also includes an automatic lubrication system that continuously injects oil to protect guide rails and sliders, reducing wear while maintaining the machine’s original accuracy. This helps extend the overall service life of the equipment while ensuring stable long-term operation.
For improved productivity, the MTC06-323 Series features an optional double beam structure, allowing flexible switching between single-beam and double-beam operation. This enables simultaneous or asynchronous cutting processes, increasing work efficiency and allowing multiple surface cutting tasks to be completed more effectively.
