It builds on the same modular architecture—high-speed web inkjet printing, colour-management control system and inline finishing—but increases the web width substantially to allow more pages per pass and therefore dramatically higher productivity per shift.

 

Like the smaller models, it is engineered for continuous roll printing with automated cutting and stacking, enabling on-demand book production, short-run printing and rapid turnaround while eliminating plate-making, warehouse stock and large offset setup costs, which is the core economic advantage of the VegaPress platform.
